About Me

As a published author of “Defining Moments: Reclaim Your Power and Live the Life You Love” and “Master Your Success – A Holistic Guide to Thriving in the Transition from Employee to Self Employed”, I share insights from my personal journey and thirty years of business partnership experience.

My role as the London Policy Lead for health and wellbeing at the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) enables me to advocate for entrepreneurs’ mental, emotional, and physical health, emphasizing the importance of soft skills and burnout prevention.

Humble Beginnings

As a country girl, I learned early on that true freedom and fulfilment come from within – they are discovered through self-reflection and personal growth, not found in external circumstances. This fundamental belief has shaped my journey as a Mental and Emotional Resilience Coach.

From Struggle to Strength

From Struggle to Strength

My path was not straightforward. As a troubled teenager, I grappled with dissatisfaction, believing that running away would solve my problems. This led to a lifelong quest to understand the root of discontent and help others avoid unnecessary suffering.

Empowering Through Coaching, Mentoring and Community Support

Today, I support individuals in powerfully navigating life’s challenges while holding them accountable to their promises. My approach is grounded in the belief that we all have the power to choose our life’s direction. I have developed a model that guides people in finding a philosophy of life that works for them, respecting diversity, and honouring community spirit.

My commitment to personal and professional growth extends far beyond formal accreditations. In addition to being accredited by the International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring (IAPC&M), a licensed HeartMath coach, and a Citizen Scientist with the Global Coherence Initiative of HeartMath, I am also a Landmark Forum Graduate. I participated in the Landmark Assisting Program for over 20 years, which has profoundly shaped my coaching philosophy and enhanced my ability to support individuals in achieving transformative breakthroughs in their personal and professional lives.

While these accreditations are important, my training and development span a wide range of methodologies and approaches, constantly evolving as I continue to learn. I draw on a rich blend of experiences, both formal and informal, which enables me to offer a holistic and adaptable approach to coaching and mentoring.

Additionally, I am an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner and a Reiki Master, further deepening my ability to support holistic well-being.

Beyond education, I am also involved in community support. I work with the charity WiseAge, supporting individuals over 50s get back to work and become economically active by offering personal support through coaching and mentoring. My interest in health and wellbeing extends to developments within the NHS, and I actively engage with local schools as an Enterprise Adviser, offering life skills workshops focused on mental and emotional wellbeing, and participating in careers fairs promoting self-employment.

Together, we will work towards living a life of no regrets, where you are empowered to face any challenge and seize every opportunity for growth and fulfilment.
